These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Toni Dobrinski ("we", "us", or "our") for your use of Perfect Tap: Reflex Challenge (the "Game"), our support pages, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Perfect Tap: Reflex Challenge is a mobile reflex game where players tap at the right moment to score points, earn coins, complete daily goals, unlock achievements, challenge modes, cosmetics and titles, and compete on global or weekly leaderboards when signed in.

The Game is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are under the age required to consent to these Terms or data processing in your country, you may use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and you must not provide personal information if you are under 13.

3. Accounts and Guest Mode

You can play as a guest without creating an account. Guest progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear app data, or change devices.

You may optionally create an account to save progress to the cloud. If you choose to move guest progress to an account, the transferred progress becomes associated with that account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur through your account.

You may delete your account from inside the Game. Account deletion removes your cloud profile, current leaderboard entry, username claim, and purchase ledger stored by us. It does not delete records kept by Apple, Google, or other third-party providers, and it does not automatically refund purchases.

4. Coins and Virtual Items

The Game includes virtual coins. Coins can be earned through gameplay, achievements, daily goals, and optional rewarded ads; spent to continue after a miss or unlock challenge modes and cosmetics; or obtained through optional consumable in-app purchases.

• Coins have no real-world monetary value.
• Coins are not legal tender, property, stored value, or currency.
• Coins cannot be sold, traded, transferred, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside the Game.
• Guest coins may be lost if the Game is uninstalled or local app data is cleared.
• Signed-in coins may sync through the cloud, but sync requires internet and may be delayed during outages.

We may adjust coin earning rates, coin costs, challenge unlock requirements, or reward amounts to balance the Game.

Cosmetics, titles, achievements, mastery levels, daily goals, and other unlocks are virtual Game features. They have no monetary value and may be changed, rebalanced, replaced, or discontinued as the Game evolves.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Coin packs are optional consumable in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not process or store your full payment card information.

Refund requests, billing disputes, taxes, and payment issues are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. If you were charged but did not receive coins, contact support with your order confirmation or receipt so we can investigate fulfillment.

Consumable coin purchases generally cannot be restored after they are delivered or spent. We recommend signing in before buying coins if you want your balance protected across reinstall or device changes.

6. Ads

The Game may show advertisements, including optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads between game sessions. Rewarded ads may be offered to continue a run, receive bonus coins, or double an eligible daily goal reward. Interstitial ads should not interrupt active gameplay.

Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, internet connection, device, age settings, platform, and advertising inventory. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, products, or services shown through ad networks.

7. Leaderboards and Fair Play

If you sign in and submit a score, your display name and score-related gameplay details may appear on global and weekly leaderboards. Weekly rankings reset for each new weekly period. Guest scores remain personal/local unless moved to an account.

You agree not to cheat, manipulate the client, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, falsify scores, impersonate another player, abuse display names, or interfere with leaderboards. We may remove, reset, hide, or adjust leaderboard entries, account data, coins, achievements, or challenge unlocks if we believe they were obtained through cheating, abuse, exploit, fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Game except where law allows.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, tampering tools, or modified clients to gain unfair advantage.
• Attempt to bypass account, purchase, ad, or leaderboard systems.
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other players or support staff.
• Submit false support claims, fake receipts, or misleading information.
• Interfere with servers, databases, networks, or security features.

9. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, design, graphics, audio, text, gameplay systems, branding, and other content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.

If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you allow us to use them without compensation or obligation to you.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may change game balance, coin rewards, coin costs, ads, daily goals, cosmetics, titles, challenge requirements, achievements, leaderboard rules, or other systems.

Some features require internet connection and third-party services. We do not guarantee that accounts, ads, purchases, leaderboards, or cloud sync will always be available or error-free.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game or account features if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the Game, committed fraud, cheated, or created risk for us, other players, or service providers.

You may stop using the Game at any time and may delete your account from inside the Game where available.

13. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or error-free performance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, loss of virtual coins, interruption, device issues, or inability to access the Game.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly for purchases in the Game during the six months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Game, violation of these Terms, fraud, cheating, or infringement of another person's rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Courts in Plovdiv, Bulgaria will have jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
